A Self-Paced Somatic Therapy Course

Previously offered once per year as a live group, this somatic therapy course is now available in a self-paced format.
Designed for those interested in somatic therapy, trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness and nervous system regulation, the course can be accessed from anywhere and completed at your own pace.
While the program is fully self-guided, many participants choose to move through the material alongside a trusted friend or colleague to support relational integration.

Learn skills to trust and utilize your body as a guide toward greater awareness, authenticity and presence.

The course is separated into two parts for your convenience:
—Three classes in Part 1, focusing on tuning into the body and finding safety.
—Five classes in Part 2, building on the safe foundation we built in Part 1, we will move more deeply into your personal history and the activation that can come with it in order to work through physical, psychological and spiritual blocks.
You may also option to bundle the complete 8-week course at a reduced rate. Each week is approximately 45 minutes.
