Somatic and Nervous System Informed Clinical Trainings
CE Eligible Experiential Programs for Licensed Mental Health Professionals
Earn Continuing Education Credit While Deepening Your Embodied Clinical Practice
These continuing education programs are created for licensed mental health professionals who recognize that clinical skill is inseparable from the presence of the therapist. Rooted in trauma theory, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment science and yoga based regulation practices, the training invites a return to the body as a source of attunement, wisdom and steadiness in clinical work.
Teachings are appropriate for healthcare professionals as well as the general public. Healthcare professionals will be able to incorporate the tools and practices offered in this program in ways beneficial to clients or patients.
All CE programs are reviewed and approved through our co-sponsorship with the Spiritual Competency Academy and meet APA standards for continuing education.

Experiential Continuing Education Rooted in Clinical Application
These programs offer structured, evidence informed training in somatic therapy and nervous system regulation as applied to clinical practice. Alongside discussion of empirical foundations, limitations and potential risks, participants engage guided experiential practices that support ethical and developmentally attuned application in the therapy room.
The intention is not only to expand clinical knowledge, but to cultivate embodied awareness, relational sensitivity and the capacity to remain present with activation, uncertainty and repair. In this way, continuing education becomes not just skill acquisition, but an integration of body, mind and therapeutic presence.
At the end of the program, participants will be better able to:
Describe autonomic nervous system dynamics relevant to trauma treatment
Differentiate grounding from cognitive stabilization interventions
Identify signs of hyperarousal, hypoarousal and dissociation
Apply resourcing and pendulation strategies in clinical sessions
Explain contraindications for somatic tracking and body based interventions
Utilize nervous system principles in case conceptualization and treatment planning
Clinical Topics Covered:
Window of Tolerance and autonomic regulation
Resourcing and stabilization prior to trauma processing
Somatic tracking and titration
Attachment informed co-regulation
Boundaries and embodied consent
Integration and neuroplasticity
