A trauma-informed yoga retreat series offering a safe, supportive space to explore grounding, nervous system regulation and embodied healing through yoga, breathwork and somatic practices.
This immersive retreat series is designed to gently guide you through the layered journey of reconnection with your Self: body, mind and heart.
Rooted in somatic psychology, yoga philosophy and polyvagal nervous system science, each retreat offers embodied practices, breathwork and psychoeducation to support resilience empowerment and inner clarity.
Weekend 1—Somatics of Safety (September 12—14, 2025):
Cultivating Safety in the Body. Feel at home in your body and rediscover a felt sense of safety.
Gentle, trauma-informed yoga and restorative postures to establish grounding and containment
Breath and sound practices to support parasympathetic regulation and vagal tone
Somatic tools to understand interoception, the window of tolerance and the body’s signals of safety and threat
Psychoeducation on the nervous system and how trauma impacts embodiment
Journaling, nature time and integrative rest for reflection and inner resourcing
Weekend 2—Somatics of Activation (Spring 2026):
Exploring Empowered Energy. Reclaim your strength, voice, and vitality with freedom and choice..
Embodied movement and dynamic yoga flows to engage healthy sympathetic activation
Practices that support containment and expansion—meeting energy without overwhelm
Somatic strategies to work with activation, mobilization, and self-protection responses
Empowering psychoeducation on fight/flight responses, boundaries and using energy as information
Group connection, guided self-inquiry and creative expression to channel energy purposefully
Weekend 3—Somatics of Intuition (Summer 2026):
Tapping Into Self-Trust. Turn inward to access your inner wisdom and reawaken your authentic Self.
Intuitive movement, meditative practices and mantra to awaken inner listening
Exploration of the inner witness and the role of the ventral vagal system in self-connection
Yoga Nidra and dreamwork to enhance inner clarity
Integration of the retreat series through guided journaling, reflection and group ritual
Psycho-spiritual tools rooted in yoga philosophy and transpersonal somatics to support ongoing growth
